About Us

Meghan Bickmore

 Meghan was born in Norfolk, Virginia and was raised in Northeast, Tennessee. She graduated from Liberty University with a Bachelor of Science in Education. She has been a Christian school educator for the last 12 years, teaching high school students in various subjects. Along with teaching, Meghan has experience in event planning, coaching, and other youth ministries and outreach. She also spent several years volunteering at the Southwest Virginia Regional Jail and the recovery program at Emmanuel Baptist Church.


Co-Founder and CEO

Gregory VanDyke

Gregory was born in Norfolk, Virginia and was raised in Bristol, Tennessee. He is a 2022 graduated of Emmanuel Christian School where he received a College Prepatory Diploma. Gregory is an active member of Emmanuel Baptist Church filling roles throughout numerous ministries. He is the director of the Emmanuel Baptist Church’s youth choir. From a young teenager, Gregory knew his life ambition was to work with teenagers and reaching his generation for God and to teach them to live happy, hopeful, and successful adult lives.


Co-Founder and CFO

Erika Goad

Erika was born and raised in Southwest Virginia. She graduated from Radford University in 2019 with a M.S. in English and certificate in business writing. While at Radford, Erika worked as a Graduate Student-teaching undergrad students college writing and research. After graduating, she was employed by the Barter Theatre of Abingdon, Virginia as a grant writer. Since 2020, she has served as the secretary of Emmanuel Baptist Church and Emmanuel Christian School, where she has gained skills in managing finances, maintaining records, and designing media.
